This December, HANDMADE returns to Waterfall Arts for its second year! HANDMADE is an annual exhibit showcasing a curated collection of unique, high-quality handmade goods and artwork by more than 40 indie crafters and alternative artists.
HANDMADE will take place from December 1st through 11th in the Clifford Galley. For the show, the gallery is transformed into a modern marketplace complete with displays and racks full of everything from accessories to printed goods, clothing to hanging works of art and much, much more. (Those familiar with the Clifford Gallery will truly be amazed by its transformation for this event!)
A portion of the proceeds from HANDMADE will benefit Waterfall Arts and its programming. Support your local arts center and score some unique holiday gifts at the same time!
Participating artists include: Colleen Kinsella, Justin Richel, Shannon Rankin, Ferdinande, Strong Arm Bindery, Mosey Handmade, Dyan Berk, Morris + Essex, Kris Johnsen, CVIC Works, Eric Hou, Dylan Metrano, Orange Iron Fabrications, Mike Hadley, Zoa Chimerum, Katenia Keller, Lovelight Studio, Sour Owl in the Lele Tree, Magpie Creative, Local Girl Leather, Sisters Soap and many more!
There will be an OPENING RECEPTION for HANDMADE on Friday, December 2nd from 5-8pm during the Belfast Artwalk. Free workshops during HANDMADE - Holiday Paper Crafts for the Family on Saturday, December 3rd from 1 to 4 pm and 2 Artistic Bookmaking Workshops with Abbie Read on Thursday and Friday December 8 and 9 from 10am to noon.  Plus a special Life Drawing event Draught and Draw on Saturday Dec 10 from 6 to 9pm!
