Waterfall Arts in Belfast and Maine Media Workshops in Rocckland will host an event July 27 to celebrate their collaboration with Beyond Spheres, a project by master photographer Koichiro Kurita. Kurita, who is known for his elegant large format Platinum/Palladium prints. He follows the footsteps of Thoreau, as if he were a contemporary, using only those photographic processes that would have been used in Thoreau’s day. WaterfallArts and Edward Earle, of ICP, will host a fund raising party on July 27, which includes a preview exhibition and sale of works done to date.
